Raw compostable granules enter the dryer first. Moisture is removed and material is pre-heated to the correct temperature for extrusion.
The heart of the line. Granules are melted and forced through a die, creating a continuous film bubble at controlled GSM thickness. Models: EKO35C → EKO45.

A heavy-duty, fully automatic air compressor supplies pneumatic power to the entire line on demand — keeping production smooth and uninterrupted around the clock.
Keeps the extruder safe during 24-hour continuous runs. The cooling tower is also the primary thermal safety system for the entire plant.
